These Terms govern your use of the Axturo website (https://axturo.com) and our video production services for brands and founders.

Services

Axturo provides video production services including launch videos, VSLs, AI ads, cinematic ads, explainer videos, and related content. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing for each project.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, necessary assets (footage, brand guidelines, etc.), and timely feedback. Delays in providing required materials may affect timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final delivered video files for the agreed uses. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in individual project agreements. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.

Revisions

A reasonable number of revision rounds is included as agreed per project. Additional major changes may incur extra fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axturo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / relevant Indian courts.
